Title: Flaminia GT prototype picture? Post by: frankxhv773t on 18 August, 2018, 10:26:31 PM Check out this picture for sale on e-bay. It's from the Turin motor show in 1959. I haven't found a trace of it anywhere else on the net but it looks like a Flaminia GT prototype to me.

This says it's a FIAT 1500 Spider ... and from the 1960 Turin Motor show (not 1959). It must have been a styling exercise as the bodywork treatment around the lights is completely different to the standard 1500 Spider. But this is also probably where the mistaken identity for the Flaminia crept in as, from the angle in the originally referenced ebay item at least, there is some similarity.
