Later Lancias also have a sticker, often inside the boot lid, giving the colour code so maybe you have something similar. I also have these two slightly later charts in my photo collection that might start you on the right track.

Pigments and paint technology (from cellulose to 2 pack to water) means only reliable way is to scan and shoot some spray out cards and tweak until happy.
