Any suggestions for new dampers for the HF ? I want to keep the original feel as much as possible, not too firm as I'm planning on keeping the car in standard form ..... I think

Thanks

Hi Simon.I have been running Spax adjustables on the rear of mine, and find set half way the are firm but not harsh, so you could set them softer if need be. cheers Roger

De Carbons if you can get them (try vivalancia.com) for the rear and front although I have used the latest Spax on both my HF and Flavia Vignale but the need dialling in. Also upgrade the front anti-roll bar to 17 or 18mm diameter (you can drill out the standard bushes to suit). I have tried Konis and I find them to "stiff" for road use even on the softest setting.

I have these fitted to mine, but have no comparison to say whether they are better/worse than standard.....

http://www.avouk.com/Products.htm

They were about £250-300 for a set of 4 two years ago
