Hello all,
do any of you have a copy of the 1975 review of the Fulvia which was in Which Car? I'm not sure of the exact month. I spoke to someone at Which? who couldn't help as their archive does not go that far back.
Can anyone help to track down a copy?

Are you sure you mean 'Fulvia'? Which? Magazine tends to deal with new product testing etc. and come 1975 the Fulvia would have been nearing the end of its sales life.

Arnt these all in the gold portfolio book. Must admit I have not looked at my copy in depth for a few months but found it a great reference when I first got into Fulvias. So period! Or maybe Nick has his car in that particular review??

Checked my Gold portfolio pg 145-149 AutoTest report on Lancia Fulvia Coupe S3 (they got it wrong even then back in the day!!!!! Should be Fulvia 3....).
Registration of test car was XYM38N once owned by a club member in the 90's.
I guess it is still around???

I bought XYM 38N for my father in the 80s from Tony Brooks. He ran it for a good few years treating the cavities and seams with Dinitrol and only sold it because his arthritis was causing difficulty with selecting 1st gear. He sold it privately and bought a new Delta 1500 from Ivor Hill. I checked some years ago and the Fulvia had disappeared presumed scrapped from DVLA records.

Ooops. Got my dates wrong. I bought XYM 38N in the mid 70s for Dad from Gerald Sims at Tony Brooks and he ran it until 1982 when he bought a new Delta 1500 from Gerald Sims at Ivor Hill. When he sold the Fulvia it was in pretty good condition. Does it still exist now? Chris PS one slightly unusual thing about the Fulvia was that whilst it was Bianca Saratoga the rear panel was black and this was also the case when it was the Lancia press car.

The auto test photo on page 149 of XYM 38N is white...... The report (nov 74) says this car had only done limited mileage so fairly fresh out of the box. Maybe it was painted black later??

My Dad really liked the interior colour of his car. Before I bought Dad his Fulvia I had a new Fulvia 3 which was metallic silver with a bright orange cloth interior. Sounds awful but it worked and then after 35k reliable ( but expensive because it had a 3k miles service interval) miles I moved onto a new silver 1600 Beta Coupe with a green velour interior which was really lovely and attracted lots of positive comments from friends. Not as reliable as the Fulvia though or quite as satisfying a drive but a much longer service interval. I blew the head gasket at 25k miles on a fast late night run (before cameras of course) back from my in-laws in Somerset which should never have happened.
