I have a rhd Fulvia dashboard in perfectly useable condition available in Sunningdale, Berkshire.
It has a small amount of damage on the extreme rhs (which might sit behind the trim and which is easily repairable?) as you can see but overall it is pretty good. The stud on the rear lhs is missing but there is no delamination present.
No idea what price so make me a reasonable  offer.

If the chips are not hidden by the dash surround, I would think that a small amount of wood filler, lightly sanded down, would render them almost invisible.  I used Ronseal light oak.  They also make white, and I would think the two could readily be mixed to get the right shade if the light oak is too dark.
