Not sure this is worth any where near £995, how much are good ones, how much to restore and then whats it worth?!

I found another one at £7,295. So with a complete spare engine, gearbox and carbs maybe the price isn't so silly, especially if the floor and doors are in good order as stated.

Looks very nice, just wonder how "near perfect" it actually is?!

Not entirely sure though you'd restore it for the £6K price difference though.

Unless you've very deep pockets and really want to save it, don't touch it with a barge pole Shocked probably cost about 10K to get it done by someone else if your lucky,
Besides the one Frank has spotted is a much better buy, although it's the most expensive series 2 I've seen advertised besides which it's a lhd, can't say I like this particular two tone colour scheme either, although I do like two tone paint jobs.
