Been in touch with a couple of recommended people which sound very good, this will make you chuckle, i was in touch with a local restorer last week and they finally came back to me and said that it would be 50 hours to remove just the engine Roll Eyes at first i thought it was a joke but they were perfectly serious, apparently this was the time showm on old data Huh? for lancia allocated times for jobs, needlesss to say i thanked them for their time and said no thanks.
How long should it take to remove the engine, can it be dropped dowm below with all the struts/suspension if the car is on a 2 post ramp, would have thought no more than 5/6 hours

Ah, you missed the fact that it would take 10 men to do the job maybe???

Hence the 50 hours, simples....

That sounds rather like "how many men would it take to change a (head) light bulb".
