Window rubber
« on: 26 March, 2016, 12:57:40 PM »
I am trying to source a window rubber seal  insert strip ....... not for a Lancia but for my Fiat 850 Special
rear side windows. It is proving impossible to find a supplier for this particular item BUT it looks very similar to the Fulvia HF windscreen rubber insert.
Ideally it should be chrome/plastic but the black rubber insert for the Fulvia would be better than nothing.
My question is can someone tell me the dimensions (depth and width) so I can work out if it will fit before I buy it.
Photo 1 below shows the Fulvia strip and Photo 2 is the old chrome/plastic insert strip that I need to replace.

Any info greatly appreciated.

Yes, I bought the new rubber seals from them, unfortunately they do not sell the Rubber seals that do not need the insert
or the insert for the seals they sell.
All other companies I have tried also only sell the seals that require an insert.
They all tell me that the insert strip is no longer available!!
