1939 Lancia Aprilia 1st Series Berlina
Identity Plate no:   38.6649
Bonnet rail stamped 5656
Engine No. 97*7776
Registration No. SX 4977

Restoration started many years ago and dry stored since
Shell, doors and wings have been largely prepared for painting and are in sound condition
Engine bay is in good condition but the boot area and rear parcel shelf in particular
need work
Some parts missing although they may come to light in the future
No V5 but the original registration number is available from DVLA following submission of a V55/5 and a covering letter from the LMC

Viewing (with the use of a four post lift if required) is of course recommended and more photos are available
Car is with me Nr East Grinstead East Sussex - 20mins from J6 M25

I have not owned an Aprilia and know little about them but will be as helpful as I can if you want to discuss. 01342 822300
Having liberated this Aprilia, believing that it is too good to break and that I am not looking to take on a restoration project of this magnitude, I would love it to go to a Lancia enthusiast. Fingers crossed!

Price negotiable!

I intend to put a listing for it on Ebay in the near future with what I am told is a realistic reserve

Robin.

Shame no one off the forum could take you up on the Aprilia Robin, but good luck with the ebay auction.

I see it's sold. Did it go to a club member?

If I had an Aprilia I'd make the boot floor out of perspex.  They are lovely things.
