This July 1955  B12 has recently appeared on Subito.it
 http://www.subito.it/auto/lancia-aurelia-b-12-1955-biella-135587030.htm
I am fairly certain this car was for sale at the same price - €55,000 -  at Padova in October.
Its a lovely example for someone who wants a fully sorted B12.
No connection to seller.

Most expensive one I have seen to date but good B12s are pretty thin on the ground these days
I know because it took me well over 2 years to find mine!
Not really surprising though I suppose as Lancia only made 1,380 B12s (and 1,020 B12S).
I hate to think how much Lancia lost on each one  - they must have thought that the new car sales were going to be considerably higher. A familiar Lancia story?

I wonder what the survival ratio is - original manufactured number,  between Berlinas and Coupes........
