Not that I have any experience of rallying but is it for doing split times or something and is angled so the reset button is at the top?

Looks like that car will be for sale next sunday (march 15th) at Osenat in Fontainebleau (France).

The watches are upright now (they seem to be able to rotate in their mount!)

The Lancia stopwatches (with Flaminia Supersport appended) sold for 240'000 last Sunday in Fontainebleau.
