(Unfortunately, you can't skip the ads, they're embedded. B******s!)

I'm often seen & heard banging on about the FIA WEC (includes Le Mans) and to a lesser extent the American series (TUSC), so if you've never been, you need to put it on your bucket list folks, it's hardly a long drive into France after all.
This film gives a hint as to why it is held in such high regard.

I've subsequently discovered that this is an edited version. The film is actually 92 minutes full length and should you be interested, is available as a DVD from a certain well-known on-line retail store.

Meanwhile, this leads me to mention two previously released DVDs of a very similar nature.
"Le Mans: In the Lap of the Gods" a 90 minute 2-part film following Martin Short's attempt in 2006
and
"License to Le Mans" a 3 hour 4-disc box-set following Paul Drayson's attempts to race at Le Mans; he's blind in one eye!
I can recommend both if you liked "Journey".
