There are quiet a few Flavia air filters available on ebay.it that look similar to the original Tecnocar 819R part.

I bough mine from Cavalitto for 25eu last year. It was a pattern part (could be from same source) but am happy with it. The old Tecnocar part had lost its brown furry stuff assumed consumed by the every willing engine!!
