Does anyone know where these two small drain pipes (in the bottom corners of the windscreen recess) go?

One of mine is blocked with silt over the years and has been the cause of corrosion in one corner which I am dealing with.

I want to try to unblock this  very small pipe.

No , and weirdly my 1300LX has taken to flooding if we get a heavy downpour and it's on a slope. Mine has a sunroof and this has filled with water and the drivers seat has gotten a soaking. So I've stuck a bit of plastic wire down the roof drain hole all the way till it stopped (which was somewhere in the front wing) so I was going to post on the forum whether I should expect to see it come out the bottom of the wing or whether this is the blockage ? (Like yours Tim I guess)

Steve, i hope that Lancia learnt from the Beta of how not to do it!! In the Beta the sunroof channel drain pipe terminated within the sill at the bottom of the A post This meant a large volume of water was directed into the sill at a particularly vital point. I modified mine, obviously whilst the sill was opened up for surgery, by brazing a small copper pipe  through the bottom of the sill to which I attached the offending drain tube.

I hope the Delta does it better!!!  Good luck,

Here is the windscreen drain pipe. About 2 inches long.

Mine was bent over at the end so never ever worked.... Angry

It seem to drain between the inner and out wing. Cant get to excited to do anything other than make it drain as intended and waxyol the area as best as poss.  Wink

Well, there doesn't look to be any problem with rust and when it's happened we've dried it all out (dehumidifier sat in the car in the garage) and it's always parked in the garage with sunroof and windows open. I'll have a further look at the weekend but my 'wire' definitely went all the way down the windscreen and down the wing to at least the length of that pipe ...

Thinking about it, sticking something that'll get damp on the end of my bit of wire would say whether there was water still  present when there shouldn't be ....

sticking a small hos pipe on the drain will show if it is working......

I just examined the drain on the passenger. Side and it was loose on the metal so I fished it out and lo no pipe!

Must have blown off when I airlined it. No chance of finding it as access via the engine bay is not possible unlike on the other side where a small gap allows a small hand / torch in to see what is going on.

Luckily I had some old pipe as it is the same as the Fulvia fuel return cavis benz... I now need to work out where it will drain too....

Are there drain tubes at the back of the sunroof? if not perhaps learning from the Delta, Dedra has 4 drain tubes!

What a great website for Delta, Dedra and Thema owners who want technical info in English. Never seen it before.

Agreed, I've added a "technical information" sticky topic onto this board and put the link in there
