Hi all, just putting feelers out to see if anyone has a pair of solid doors for the Coupe/HPE/Spider...(Monte even?).... may need a pair soon if I can`t get my ones suitably sound...... Cry

The Betaboyz Forum may be a better bet for this. The owner of my old Coupe picked up a pair of Spider doors on there recently. Even with those though he will have to change the window surrounds. Montecarlo doors are different to Coupe/HPE doors.

Hi

Agree with Neil, I sold the doors for the coupe, but they were the only spare pair I had. Also suggest keeping an eye on Ebay, there will be some expensive ones on there, but they do come up at more sensible prices.

By way of example here's a pretty expensive one. It's pre-facelift, so no hole in the glass for a mirror, but it would fit a later car;

Is the frame savable or "just" the skin?  Repairable?

Its fairly standard practice to reskin in alloy for racing...the sort of thing John Day could advise on "from who" and "how much".

Fibreglass doors are available, but I think they are circa £175 too.
