There's a photo of the Supersport Dash on Page 225 of the 2nd edition of 'La Lancia' and it looks nothing like that, which looks to be a bit of a lash up Huh?

Looks like the original is there - it's just been covered by that padded thing - I suspect the dash top deteriorated and the PO got a bit creative!

If the dash being in a state stopped it being used, and if that mod kept it on the road a bit longer, and if that was a factor in its survival...
