I have recently got a Kappa Coupe 16V Turbo on the road. It had a strange missfire while accelerating and after changing plugs and refreshing old fuel tank contents, I went to Keith Turner of Auto Integrale who correctly (Thanks Keith) diagnosed a closed up gap on TDC crankshaft sensor.  This is now fixed but how does a fixed sensor firmly bolted to the crankcase, move?  Explain please you modern Lancia experts?  Peter Gerrish

Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin

Can't help with a reason why the gap should close up.

I just can't get this image out of my mind of Marty Feldman walking around a Kappa with a shotgun and missing every time......
