Can anyone please advise the thread size and length for the Brake Nipples required for the Girling system on my 1972 Coupé. Are they the same size for front and rear?
Preferred material!!
Many Thanks

They are the same size even though some may have 8mm heads and others 7mm. Only material I have seen/ used is cad plated steel. I was lucky and took an old one down to my local motor parts shop and they fished out a few for a box of brake nipples. From memory 6mmx1.25 seems to be the thread...Will check.

I got stuck for a bleed nipple when I snapped the head off one , a quick rummage through spare callipers and I took one off a Thema front calliper which fitted on problem .  Wink
