Hi all
I am at home recovering from this hernia operation and I am forbidden to drive or approach rusty piles of old Lancia Appia Spares by Matron. The surgeon also said no driving for a fortnight and no heavy lifting for 6 weeks! !!!!! I'll go mad.... Apparently they cut me open and stitched in another mesh to make a sandwich to repair the hernia.

Hi all happy new year!!!
This is a call to S1 owners we have a chance to get some new S1 windscreens made if we can get some interest in a reasonable number, so if you feel you need a new screen or a spare let me know

Hats of to Brian Fenton an Appia Consortium member for getting to grips with the rear shock absorber replacement. He has been liasing with SPAX to get some new shock absorbers made by using their custom damper creation service. He also got a 10% reduction for being a LMC member. The new shock absorbers are the same as the original fitment so no need for extra brackets.
Again well done to Brian. I will post the details when I have them scanned in.

As reported elsewhere we are moving to Scarborough via a little village on the Yorkshire Wolds till our new house is finished so if any spares are needed still get in touch and I will pick up the parts when I am through at Teesside.

Hi all
Ensconced in Foxholes 10 miles from anywhere.... nearest pub 2 villages away down narrow country lanes with no footpaths... nearest shop 7 miles away....CH is on 47kg profane bottles already ran out once no way to check contents....This place is like a Hammer Horror set during the day and so dark at night we saw a shooting star on Sarah's birthday. There are owls, ducks, moorhens, moles, rats, probably bats, cats, dogs galore but nothing to do!!!! I am even marooned here at the moment as Sarah's car ate and spat out a front brake pad seizing the caliper so she has our other car to get to work....
debating as to my fitness levels to ride a bike down the to the next village....
Enough of my problems...All the spares are now 160 miles and a 4 hour round trip away I will be popping back and forth so if any spares are needed get in touch.

further to the crank shaft oilway plugs I managed to source some stainless steel ones that might come out in about 40 years time if anyone is doing an engine overhaul bit more robust than the aluminium ones we have
