Looks like its attached to the wall which would prevent that.

Its starting to look like a concession display in Selfridges. Little café in the corner yet?  When does the Christmas display open?

It was kind of your ex next door neighbour to size the benches sufficient to store Appia doors and gearboxes below. Most considerate!!!

Well done on that effort, a lot of effort. Hopefully I will be available to assist with the next instalment.

There's enough gearboxes they could have been used as the table legs...

None of the Fulvia parts were removed, so Don is still the key master!!

                           Andy

PS at least we think none were removed, that was the intention!!!

No Fulvia parts were injured, damaged, molested or even looked at during the course of this exodus of parts.
good news bad news I have been asked to mark another 100+ exam papers so the next couple of weeks are spoken for till they are done. I also want to get some more shelving up before more stuff arrives
I will try and give everyone as much notice as possible for the next road trip but the end of August is looking likely.

Just when you all thought it was safe... Clarkey will never finish all that stuff he has on at the mo... get the deck chairs out! but no attempts to create a monster pile of sawdust have been directed into more useful activities. I now know why I was useless at woodwork

This is bloody hard work all this joinery malarkey I have to use the most terrifying weapon in my arsenal the circular saw with laser gun sights, what a beast I have to count all my fingers every time it spins down it is like that minigun in Predator! nails. fingers, knots in wood, small children, dogs chomps up the lot. Still apart from a bit of white finger I have survived to joiner another day. I have approached Don with a date for the 28th or 29th of August for a repeat of the last spares raid. Watch this space...

My foreman when I worked at BT would have commented on my latest efforts by saying " Jim you're slow but you're rough"  in my defence I am useless at getting bits of wood to stick together. I'll get this bench sorted this week then have a massive tidy up.
