Full details of the Consortium Spring '08 meeting:-

Fri  18th April  arrive hotel  Etap Hotel West Quay Road Southampton
Sat 19th after breakfast, a drive out through the New Forest to Beaulieu Motor Museum
             where hard stand parking/display has been arranged, spend the day at the museum
             lunch on site.
Sat 19th  late afternoon return to hotel for AGM and evening meal
Sun 20th after breakfast, another drive out ending at the Royal Southampton Yacht Club, Gins Farm
             (outstanding views over the Beaulieu river and the Isle of Wight) for a Carvery Lunch.
Sun 20th after lunch depart for home.

Costs:  Hotel £32.00 per room per night 
          Museum £10.00 (special rate)
          Evening meal  TBA
          Sunday lunch £12.00 incl coffee - sweet extra

Slight ammendment to the above, there is now a choice of hotels:

either  Etap (Cheap but basic £32.00 per room per night)
or  Novotel  (slightly higher - £60.00 per room per night but has a BAR)

the choice as they say is yours
