Andy, It's anorak time for me again. It wasn't an Aprilia, it was an Ardea. In this photo of an Ardea you can just make out the flag-emblem on the top of the radiator.

I must say I am growing to like Inspector De Luca.

 My first thought was that it was an Ardea as I thought it looked quite small, but I then thought it was more likely to be an Aprilia as it is larger with more passenger room. Roll Eyes

I gave it another go and it wasn't too bad. Probably the best thing on at that time. Also anything set in a different country is more interesting than another bizarre murder in Midsomer Marple or something. He is intense and I don't find him as likeable as Montalbano. We need a 1930's Catarella falling through the door each week,

At least you have to pay attention to the subtitles otherwise you miss what's going on, but it still didn't stop me falling asleep Embarrassed
