Hi All

I received this on the forum email, anyone shed any light on it please? I will forward any responses, or if you want Ben's email to contact directly, please get in touch.

Thanks

Peter

"Hello or Hi, depending which side of the Atlantic you are on,

I am contacting you having taken email addresses from some Lancia web sites in the USA and the UK.

I have friend in Australia who owns a 1955 Lancia vehicle in Melbourne.
On the rear window is the original dealer sticker dating back to its time of sale in 1955.
It reads Genova and possibly Billi? See attached.
I had a look at some Italian websites but without knowing the language I didn’t get very far.
Are you, or do you know someone who might be able to help with the identification of the dealership in Genova at about this time.

Your feedback would be appreciated.

Kind Regards

Ben Gralton

Sydney Australia"

The car on the sticker looks to me a bit too much like a Flavia Vignale ... which would then date this into the 1960s rather than the 1950s.
And if that's the case then also maybe this isn't a dealer sticker as suspected.
Could it actually be a car club and 'BILLI' is an acronym with one of those 'L's standing for Lancia.
Just a thought...!  Undecided
