It's arrived!! - a pity the deliveries have been so spread out - but that will soon be forgotten that now we have such a wonderful book

Mine is to be shipped to my son in the UK and as of last night he hadn't received it.
Who can confirm if all copies have now been shipped or is there a list held by someone of copies "still to be shipped"
