Attaching photos to a post

Guys,

I am having trouble attaching photos to a new message that I want to post.

How is it done, I am a bit of a technophobe !

Bob,

Click on this...

- Additional Options...

Then this comes up....

Attach:    (more attachments)
Allowed file types: doc, gif, jpg, mpg, pdf, png, txt, zip, ppt
Maximum attachment size allowed: 4096 KB, per post: 8


Click on Choose file

Up load from your hard drive.....

6/7 per post are allowed provided file not too big!!!
