I'm fairly sure it was on the Classic &Sportscar site recently for £4995 for sale near Heathrow, as I thought of going for a look. Didn't look bad at that, but not with another £6K added!

Neil, yes that was the same car. I too was interested but could not make it to have a good look. The seller put it on eBay and it sold for £3700 (from memory - certainly less than £4000).
Am I right that it still has a missing inner headlamp surround - just like the car we are talking about. Obviously the current seller couldn't stretch to furnishing a replacement surround!!
