I’ve just had my S1 Fulvia tuned on a rolling road by a fantastic chap.......he’s 75 years young. He operates from a Garage in his garden. It’s nothing grand, but a great time warp experience. It was like watching a surgeon at work. He’s set up my engine beautifully.

These guys are becoming a rare find. If anyone is interested here’s his web address; www.aireytuning.com

Good to hear that Tom Airey is still going strong. He was very popular and well thought of when I lived just along the road near Bramdean. From memory, he used to own the Saab garage in Cheriton and sold up to start his tuning business.

..........that right, he mentioned his Saab days. He’s still in Cheriton, but now semi retired and only works mornings tuning just one car per day, mainly classic sports cars & racers. He loved the Fulvia! You can see why his services are in such demand. Trev.
