My Integrale has been earning her keep again.
When one comes across a car like this how could anybody resist it!

Something akin to a forceps delivery. Raise the front axle, which is really only attached to the rest of the car by the steering column.until the body is clear of the trailer. Anchor the car and the hoist to the nearest suitable fixed point. Then extract the trailer!

A sharp smack on that pretty tidy bottom and we should be up and running in no time!

I suggest you ask David (South London Sport) if he can spare a little T cut to help you on the way !!!!!!!!!!!
Ben, you are getting worse!!! I would remind you that the usual method of repairing a damaged car by cutting off the crap and welding in a large chunk of another vehicle involves a vertical joint whereas you seem to be going down the horizontal joint route!!!
Good luck with everything ..........
Andy

Ben, it seems your cries of 'vade retro' were in vain. Don't blame me this time...

Ben, I thought you were reducing your Aprilia stock. Just as well I bought ARX 560 off you before you had a surge of enthusiasm!

Hi Tony Your post reminds me that I still owe you a dynamo. Also there is a speedometer in AGG which may be a suitable candidate for restoration if you are interested.I only invested in the car for the semaphore indicators and the tail lamp both of which are only just restorable--I hope!! I guess a pm or e-mail would be more appropriate than chatting on here. Ben
PS It was definitely a still-birth but fortunately fully approved for donor duty. eg front or rear axles, one Marshal headlamp, etc.

Something that I had not noticed until this evening ............
2nd post, top photograph ........... the front axle is some 4ft above the front of where the sills should be!!! That is one rusty car !!!!
Still, there's nothing like a challenge. I can't believe you are only viewing it as a source of spares (albeit only one or two !!)
Have you ordered the skip yet?
Enjoy,
Andy
