Does anyone have contact details for a John Lambert, mentioned by Stan Hughes in the Viva-Lancia! Aug. 2007 No. 469. please?

He (John) attended the Tatton park Autojumble, and has an 037 Stradale.

If so, please drop me a Private Mail.

Thanks.

A couple of years ago my girlfriend sold her grey Mk 2 Y10 Fire to a club member (reg H804 WNH).  We were reminiscing about the car last night and I wonder if anyone can shed any light as to it's whereabouts.  Is it still running?  Has it gone to the 2nd hand dealership in the sky?

I've been chatting to the owner of the very nice looking Maserati shown on page 9 of the June issue of Viva-Lancia and he was asking if anyone knows what happened to B44TAS his old Volumex HPE?
Any sightings or information would be much appreciated.

Thanks

I've just had a look at the DVLA and put in a vehicle enquiry.
See http://www.taxdisc.direct.gov.uk/EvlPortalApp/application?pageid=Vehicle+Enquiry&portletid=VehicleEnquiry&portletns=VehicleEnquiry_en&wfevent=link.next

It looks like the last time it was taxed was 1995.

Thanks Brain, I never thought of doing that!
Doesn't look good if it has been off the road for that long. Would it say if it had been scrapped?
That said, my fulvia hasn't been taxed since about 1993 and it's still around.
Perhaps it's sitting in someones garage just waiting to be restored.

Hi David,
Think your right and it hasn't been scrapped, it's last tax was due prior to SORN coming in, so possibly no one has bothered to tell the DVLA and it's waiting restoration if it's lucky, I've looked up some of my old cars and often it says not known, so I reckon that probably means it's been scrapped.

Looked up my last Fiat 500 XFC 185K that I sold to a guy in Swindon about 1989, and was pleased to see it's still shown as live on the system.

Interesting as I've never been able to find my integrale on the enquiry form. Typed in the registration, selected LANCIA on the drop down and I get nothing.

However, typing in LANCIA DELTA INTEGRA in the vehicle make box instead of using the drop down brings up the details ! This is the make as listed on my V5C.

Found out that my car has just celebrated 10 years of being in the UK !

Anyone know the wherabouts of any of my previous Lancias:-

1978 Monte Carlo S1 Coupe - Mine Sep '87- Aug '89 Originally X1/9 Green (like the ski advert) but last seen in early '90 (MR2 Red) in Wigan- UKW 108 S.

1988 Delta integrale 8V- Monza Red UK Car (First registered to West One Ferrari as ULG 1)- Mine between Aug '90 & June '93, sold to a guy near Leeds- F 369 NJA.

1990 Y10 GTie - Cherry Red, Full length Webasto Roof, Momo steering wheel- Mine between June '93 & Nov '93- G 635 UND.

1990 Dedra 2.0ie SE- White, early press car as used in What Car June 90 against Audi 90 & BMW 320i- Mine between Nov '93 & Mar '95 when I hit a wall in the snow. Last seen in Hills Breakers, Burscough Lancs- G 812 YAN.

1989 Delta 1.6 GTie- White, De-chromed window surrounds, Dedra alloys, HF Turbo skirts & Steering Wheel, sold to a guy from Yorkshire. Mine between Feb '94- June '95- G 831 OEC.

I still know the whereabouts of my other three Lancias, it would just be nice to know if any of the above exist, especially the integrale as this has many special trans- european memories.

Paul Greenway.

Just had a look at DVLA Vehicle check.

1/ UKW 108S Shows last tax due 1/12/1995. so it's either not been reported as written off or is sitting around somewhere.

2/ F369 NJA. Still running around as next tax liability is due 1/9/2009.
3/ G635 UND. Tax last due 1/12/1998. so same comments as for 1.
4/ G812 YAN  Tax last due 1/5/1999 so same comments as 1 & 3.
5/ G831 OEC. Not Known details not found. Gone to the great scrapyard in the sky.

Fay 66/Brian,

Thanks for this info on my long lost cars, four seem to have bitten the dust but at least my first grale appears to be alive and kicking.

Cheers,

Paul Greenway.

Any idea if Lancia Fulvia 1.3 Coupe LHG 222N is still alive. The colour was verde cascine (olive green) with yellow cloth seats!I sold the car to a chap in southampton around 1996 and never saw it again! It is still on the DVLA database but not been taxed for a long time.
Thanks

Anybody have any idea where Fulvia Coupe XYM 38N has gone to.This was a road test car and I would like to track it down.I sold it some time ago to a chap in Wales and then it dissappeared? It was white with the orange cloth trim.
