I wouldn't normally post a link to a YouTube clip, but this feature is just a bit special!!! (apologies if this has already been posted elsewhere on the forum already)

Rally Heaven - Shotgun in a Lancia Stratos, Delta S4 and 037 - CHRIS HARRIS ON CARS

"This might just be the best day of my working life. The nut-job launch event for the Pirelli P7 Corsa Classic was pure, Italian, chaotic genius with Markku Alen and Juha Kankkunen. Watch and smile."

Mark, thank you for posting that clip, some of the best you-tube I've seen !!! Inspiring stuff and kissing the Armco from apex to apex, you can only gasp and admire.

It's a pity there was not a few moments at the end where he, subjectively, compared the cars in terms of performance, handling and, of course, sheer enjoyment.

If you like that clip then you should enjoy this one of the Stratos Group 4 on the Arosa Hillclimb

Feb 1965 RHD Fulvia 2C (still running it's original engine and gearbox) and quite a few others of various marques
