Thought this might appeal to someone........ok we don't know the reserve price and engines might prove hard to find etc.......but.....

It is an oddity for sure, I do not think it is the car in the black and white images but it certainly appears to share some similarities. It really needs an expert in 6C's to go over it and dig out some history. Would have been nice to some shots of the chassis, chassis plate etc.

No doubt Jim Stokes Workshop could make something (at a price), when we paid a visit a number of years ago to have a look and see where the D50 Replicas had been made, they were manufacturing replica 8c engines from scratch so that 8c owners could race, without having to chance blowing up their original engines, which would be a disaster.
