We enjoyed fantastic weather yet again for the Cotswold Economy Drive where Lancia made up 25% of the total entry. And a great variation of cars from Aprilia, Aurelia and Appia to Flavia Zagato, Fulvia HF and Hyena. A report is now on www.retro-speed.co.uk with gallery to follow.

Many thanks to Peter , Lin and all the marshals for making the CED such an enjoyable event.

This year for the first time Emma did the driving with me navigating ( amazingly we didn't get lost !), she only passed her test a few months
ago and this was by far the longest distance and also time spent driving in one go . She absolutely loved it , although our mpg estimate was just
as far out in the Punto as it ever was when we used to compete in the Fulvia !

From sitting in the back of our Fulvia Coupe 10 years ago to actually driving , makes you feel old !

Steve

PS Margaret also had a great day co- driving for Mark in the Hyena

Yeah

Great day albeit with a misfiring Fulvia HF (sorted now - plugs...) and was highest ranked Lancia... and the nav misfired a couple of times too as driver was keeping revs up and (I) missed some vital road signs Huh?

Thanks to Peter and Lin Hon for all the effort (and the marshals of course).
