I had my Fulvia transported to the chap who is going to do the bodywork restoration.  I was more than impressed with the service provided, so am posting a recommendation to anybody in the North of England and Southern Scotland who needs a car transported.

I used Northern Car Transporters http://northerncartransporters.co.uk/ who are based in Carlisle.  The pricing was extremely reasonable and the service first class  Smiley

Stuart - Who is doing the bodywork?

It is being done by one of the technicians from the garage that I take my Lybra to.  He did some bodywork on the Lybra which I was impressed with.  During a short conversation, I found out that he served his apprenticeship doing car restorations at Bridge End Garage in Dalston near Carlisle who did a lot of restorations in Cumbria (they have now ceased trading).  I asked if he would be interested in doing the car in his spare time.  Thankfully, he said he would and after a look at the car, we agreed a price for the work to be done  Smiley

I don't know how long it will take to do, but he reckons I should have the car back on the road for Fulvia 50!
