A programme made by Rowan Atkinson in 1990 where he talks about cars and how he loves them. PT4 is notable - chief constable of warwickshire police advocated higher speed limit on motorways - and Rowan driving a Dedra

Dedra looks like a Lancar vehicle but I can only make out the "Yan" in the number plate.
Anyones eyes better than mine, although that shouldn't be that difficult!

Also Rowan was a club member in the 1990s with a Stratos and integrale if I remember correctly, amongst other Lancias, I am sure others can add what models he has/had.

Also, the bit in pt4 was filmed in Thame Oxon, as he used to /may still live down the road from there, I also remember him driving a Dedra, which I think was his, in some sort of clip, He was in a traffic jam, on the A40 near Headington roundabout just outside Oxford, and decided he would turn left to cut out out the jam, and drove all round the B roads over a bridge etc, only to come out further down the road behind the car that was in front of him before the detour. Huh?

Not too sure as it is difficult to read,  but it looks like G819 YAN to me.
