I was close Roll Eyes best go for the smaller capacity, otherwise you may overfill it Grin Grin

I tried the cap off my Fulvia but it is different. The Flavia cap secures on the outside of the filler pipe whilst the Fulvia secures on the inside.

It seems that a Series 1 Fulvia cap fits a Flavia and a Series 2 fits a 2000/HF.

Think I might be able to rustle up a spare Fulvia series 1 cap if necessary that would probably be good enough to get you out of trouble, which as already stated fits on the outside.

Phil,
I've dug the filler cap out and here are the photos.
You will have to get the centre pin remade as the thread has sheared off, I knew there was something wrong but couldn't remember what, hence my previous reservation.
It will also need a nut and washer? to hold it all together.
If you still want it send me a PM with your Address and I'll send it off.

If the search is still on, I have a brand new one available.   Fulvia, as the plate says 38 litres, and definitely exterior fitting to filler pipe.
Sorry, but I would like a tenner for it, plus postage.

Regards - Roddy
