Mark, could this be a farewell visit?  You can still be an honourary Surrey member!

The Surrey contingent met up today for the Drive It Day event at the Surrey Oaks in Newdigate for beer and some lunch, 8 in all in 5 cars, was to be 6 cars but one Fulvia ate it's brake pads beforehand! Two Beta coupes ie and VX, 2 Fulvias and an Appia.

Is that the S1 Fulvia I see parked in the marshalls' area at Prescot each August?

Thanks to all who came to the Surrey meeting last night, we managed to sit outside under the stars all evening til closing time, with seven cars present too, 2 x Beta coupes, 2 x Appias, 1x Aprilia, 1x integrale  and a B20, hopefully post some pictures later.  A very pleasant evening with good company!

Is the the July meeting on the 15th?.  I've had fuel starvation issues which are  now sorted so the beta should be able to get there ok.

Graham, thanks for coming along on Thursday evening sorry you had to leave in hurry due to work and to the other new faces with 4 other cars we have not seen there before, Nick and Alan in their red Fulvia HFs, 2x red integrales (and a Graham's blue Beta coupe), 8 cars this month, may be more cars in August ?    Smiley

11 People came to last night's Surrey meeting at the Abinger Hatch.

Not bad going for a dark and windy night in the autumn.

2 4wd Lancias present and good company all around.   Third Thursday of the month - well worth coming Smiley

Duncan, thanks it was a good turn out for a damp autumn evening, almost 3 integrale evos if the other one has not stayed on the A3!  Plus 2 Fiats and an Alfa.

Check your mail later and the events page for the Surrey Christmas meal planned for 16th December.

A good June turnout and we stayed outside all evening too, that does not happen often these days!  See attached photo, we had an Appia, Flavia Vignale, Kappa, Aprilia and two intregrales, next month at least one Fulvia and Augusta should be there.
