Ardea Brakes
« on: 18 July, 2010, 08:56:32 PM »
I am currently in contact with the owner of a 1949 Ardea.  He is working to get the car back on the road after being laid up for many years.  He is looking for a full set of new brake shoes for the car.

Does anybody know where to get some brake shoes? If anybody has some that they are willing to sell, please email me, and I will put you in contact.

He tells me that the has outboard drums all round.

Any help will be gratefully received!

since the ardea wasn't officially imported to the uk parts will probably be a problem over here, pretty sure they are smaller than aprilia brakes, however there are many companies who could relighn his old shoes, if you want any details of someone good i'll happilly put you in contact, james
