May edition of Classic & Sports Car Page 220 advert by Sussex Sports Cars Ltd.

"1972 Lancia Fulvia 1300cc Sport (? It's a Coupe) Just 21,000 Miles 5 Speed, extraordinary original rust free condition £14,995."
I know prices are supposed to have risen by 25% in the last year due to the value of the £ and many cars being sold abroad, but that seems a bit of 'Let's see what the market will stand'

If it's being valued on the basis of exchange rate fluctuations then he will be very disappointed as it's RHD. There are enough LHD available on the continent to make a RHD one practically worthless there I'd have thought. I can only imagine this is another person who over estimates the effect praise from Mr Clarkson has on the market.

I wouldn't rush to get your agreed value changed just yet Smiley

It looks good but there must be much better value around than that. But if your pockets are deep enough........

When I bought my 1971 18000 mile S1.5 I had to replace all the rubbery bits due to age. The rest of the car being original and effectively rust free from being in a museum for most of its life. It seems this one may also have had some paint???

Anyway will be interested (obviously) in what it goes for.....

It says woodrim wheel - I've always assumed that after the S1 they were some sort of plastic...

The wheel on a  Series 2 a friend has just bought is certainly plastic, if anyone has a spare for sale please let me know, as his has actually broken into about 4 seperate sections, probably due to the heat in South Africa.

S2's are defo plastic, and from pic it is a standard wheel. My S1.5 (effectively S2) Has the more comfortable (larger diameter rim) wooden 2000HF (Flavia) wheel as fitted by the previous owner.
