Rust , What Rust !! I don't See any rust !!!

« on: 18 February, 2010, 11:00:55 PM »

I have a 2000hf coupe reg 73D818 previous reg CUF891L. I have had the car for over five years now and the body is getting a little tired, I know the car belonged to Betty Rees a founder member f the L M C. I was wondering if anyone knows if this car was restored at some stage there are traces of overspray on the chrome rais an the rubbers which look in very good condition. It was treated by the previous owner to some light touching up around the wheel arches and the bonnet leading edege and the boot lid.Any info would appreciated Thanks. David.
