I tend to buy my clothes from shops similar to the ones used by Chugga Boom (remember the trousers!) so I don’t really pay much attention to the window displays of shops like Moss Bros. But yesterday my eyes nearly popped out of my head when a sideways glance at their window in Muswell Hill revealed the unmistakable rear end of a Flaminia Touring as a backdrop to the display. See photos of the window and the rear of the screen in the shop.

Apparently all Moss Bros branches have been fitted out in this way and the screens will be up for grabs when they change the displays in a couple of months. Could be your opportunity to get hold of a large picture – all you need to do is cut out the smart dude by the car and paste in your own image, hang it on the wall and look really cool.

Colin.

The groom noticed the best man was getting a little over-flaminia by lightly stroking her rear end ....

Assuming he, the groom, is the owner:

“I spent all year getting it to look good and only tightened up those muff-joints yesterday and all the tossers want to do is admire the bride!”
