Having officially stopped rallying in 1989, I have "unretired" myself with an Endurance event in 2008, and I am now going to compete on the HRCR Clubmans Rally Championship - or at least, as many rounds as I can afford. Although a wizard at the left-hand seat myself, I need a navigator to keep me on the straight and narrow. It would help if you had experience of regularity sections, as this is where the bulk of the penalties come from. Come the nice summer months, the car will probably be my Flavia Vignale, however, dare I say it on these pages(?), I am currently pedalling a Rover 2000TC.
Long term aim for 2011 is the Monte Carlo Historique.
Any masochistic volunteers out there? I can be contacted on 07826 858913.
Happy rallying. Terry Thorp Cool
