Hi,
My names Stuart and after several years messing with Audi quattros I've decided to fulfill my other teenage dream- get an Integrale  Grin
I'm looking for a Blu Lagos Evo 2. It has to be as near standard as possible and not abused. I'm not looking for a museum piece but its got to be very, very good  Smiley
email or pm if you can help.
Thanks

Welcome to the club ! Good luck with that Smiley
Probably best to let Walkers Garage know and keep an eye on pistonheads (seems to be the place for selling). I'm not sure how many are in the country but it's not that many (I know of 4) and , I haven't seen any for sale for a while.

Best colour ever we reckoned. My wife Jacky ran a Lagos Blue Evo with big anthracite grey wheels for 2 years until December 2008 doing around 18,000 largely trouble free miles.
The car had done a high mileage when she bought it and she had an alternator and punctured radiator during the 2 years as well as some cracked wheel problems which were largely due to the dreadful roads where we live.
I believe the car went to Spain after she sold it and replaced it with a lovely early 993 Porsche. She still has a couple of Lancias though.

Good news is that on the Sunday before Christmas i became the proud owner of a lagos Evo2 and I'm a very happy man- although I wish the weather was better so I could go out in it!

You've got the ideal motor for the conditions! apart from getting it covered in salt, assuming that unlike us, your roads have been gritted. Grin

so far "life with a lagos" has consisted of occasional peaks at it under the cover. Not very exciting but its so shiny it seems a shame to let salt see her!

Stuart,
I know how you feel! I bought mine in early December and didn't really drive it till January (wasn't snowy that year). I was also pretty careful till I got the feel of it - still pretty careful TBH. Nice thing with a cover is that when you lift it off it brings the smile back to your face Smiley Mine still does 5 years later ...
