Black crinkle finish
« on: 24 October, 2009, 03:29:34 PM »
Hi all

Anyone know how to freshly apply the black crinkle finish you get on the early fulvia coupe’s rocker cover?

Can I do it myself with some special spray can or do I have to send away?

Google VHT Wrinkle Plus. This is what I have used (not for the cam box though). You will need a heat gun and I would suggest you do a few trials as the stipple density is dictated by how much you use the heat gun.

You will need to completely strip the existin paint off to get a good finish.
