Whilst cleaning out my wheel arches, I noticed that I have a tear in the rubber boot that protects the upper ball joint on my Flavia Coupe's Suspension.

Its a 1967 car and I think the boot is meant to have a small aperture in it!?

I seem to recall reading that these rubber boots are the same as some that are fitted to Jaguars, but can't find where I read about this.  Undecided

Has anyone any ideas about a substitute boot that would fit or do you have to replace the whole ball-joint?

Thanks
Mike

If they are the same as Fulvias you can buy them from Omicron. I looked round a few local motor factors but I could not find any the right size. Omicron had them on the shelf.
