Did you see the interview last night and the use of the iPhone and the "Grinder?" application (if you didn't see it then I'm not going into details!)

It has just occured to me that eventually the "Lancia Cars Seen On The Road" could be added to so you could both be alerted when you were both driving towards each other and given 5 seconds warning to flash the lights.

Probably a bit far fetched but given that these phones are all getting equiped with GPS and a permanent connection to the internet it would be possible ...

I saw the interview I am not sure why Mr Clarkson was so keen?!  However a Lancia app. would be interesting, what would you call it?

Away from Stephen Fry's iPhone, did anybody notice the Stig photocopying his head in the background while the other three were in the office getting insurance quotes?  I didn't notice it, but a friend at work said about it and said it was incredibly subtle and funny!

Just watched it on BBC iplayer.  It's only three minutes in, so worth a quick glimpse!

There is a bit more to it that that :

Hammond had a tooth whitening kit next to his phone,
Clarkson had a photo of Will Young and a caravan pencil holder
and there is a big stack of gold bars ...

.... that's better - I feel like I could go to the pub with Harvey and Brian now Smiley

Yes all conveniently placed in the background to raise a few questions no doubt!
