I was unaware that Lancia brought in any 2nd series Deltas before pulling out of the RHD market as stated Huh?

They didn't!  Even the last revision of the first series didn't make it here.  The only 2nd series cars are LHD imports.

I spent quite a bit of time with Paul Hudson and Telegraph photographer Geoff Pugh at the Delta launch. Geoff even kindly emailed me some of his photos which were used in VL! and gave me his press pack at the airport on the way back as he was off to photograph the Rooney wedding in Portofino

Paul emailed me letting me know that his review was coming out and would be interested in my thoughts on it. It's a shame that they have to add such an ill judged an innaccurate opposing point of view from this "Everhard" character, as it's taken the gloss off of Paul's Delta report and this will be my response to Paul.

It's a shame that the Telegraph feels that in needs to print such rot with "Too harsh" at the end to try and get hits on their website.

Wasn't the Thema turbo voted "Best Executive Express" by What Car in 1985? or was it Performance Car? Somebody enlighten me please? Did he ever actually see a Thema next to a Croma? I did everyday for three years in the car park at work and the Croma looked like a low rent cousin in every respect. Thema Worst Type 4 car by far? I wouldn't mind betting this contentious bufoon was still in nappies at the time and that's all he's trying to be, contentious to provoke a response.

There are now about 14 responses on the Telegraph site.  Of those, only one person agrees with him.  Everybody else has given Mark Everett a good slating  Grin
