I'm considering selling my B21.

RHD car, now with recently rebuild B12 engine, and going very well.  The car is overall in very good condition inside and outside, and will travel any distance.  Only selling because I barely use it since the lambda is finished.
The engine is rebuild with new (oversize on the outside) Westwood made cylinder liners, new pistons, cam, valves and gear at a tremendous cost.  Prior to this the complete drivetrain and suspension front and back has been overhauled.  Stainless exhaust.  New and very nice steering wheel.
B21 engine (to be rebuilt) available. Good  recent michelin tyres.

It owes me in total 45.000 Euro, NOT counting all the work that I put in myself, so looking for something in that region.

Nice looking car in my favourite colour. And interesting acceleration with a B12 engine (and the original B21 transaxle I presume?) making it a bit of a Q car
I think this car was fairly recently registered in the UK so import taxes + paperwork might be avoidable, particularly if the UK registration was never cancelled?

Was indeed UK registered, I bought it from Christo in 2017 I think.  Not sure how re-registering works....attached a pic with the UK registration, maybe it can be checked?

Thats a bit of luck for any prospective UK buyer - the B21 is still shown on the DVLA database and so I would say it can can be imported into the UK and put on the road  with minimal cost and paperwork.

Thanks for pointing that out Chris!  It is a bit of a weird case, this car being first registered in Belgium, and still ordered as RHD....

Remember that good quality Italian and French cars were right hand drive before the war, and only gradually adopted left hand drive after it. A lot of customers who had owned a quality car before will have ordered right hand drive for preference. I never understand quite why people think that the side on which one steers has any importance, except perhaps in risky overtaking situations! I have always switched from right to left hand drive without thinking. Not the same however when switching to a car with a central throttle, which with Lancia one doesn't have to cope with as far as I know.

Strangely, I have no problem with a centre throttle, but cannot come to terms with left-hand drive: I guess we're all different!

I have no problem using RHD cars here in Belgium, both the Lamba and the Aurelia being RHD.  Indeed it can only be a bit difficult on the highway (I avoid those anyway as they are no fun) or by leaving a parking spot....then a co-pilot is very handy!

I think I'd struggle with a centre throttle - I don't even know of a car fitted with one. The only issue I've ever had with a LHD car was in the States until I realised that the rear view mirror wasn't where I was looking for it.....

I had a LHD Fiat 124 Spider that I (foolishly) converted to RHD and still have the Stratos replica that I've converted from RHD to LHD. I've never even attempted to get into the passenger seat since the conversion! It all feels natural.

I'm in the process of rebuilding a RHD Beta Coupe and, true to form, it's having a minor LHD conversion. Just the column stalks from a LHD car so that lights, indicators and wipers are on consistent sides across the fleet! (Stratos, Panda and 159)
