Valve spring washer arrangement
«

Hello,
I couldn't find any exploded views of the valve spring arrangement for 2.5litre cars, so I was wondering if you could verify that this arrangement is correct?
In addition to the valve tabs and valve caps and valve "hats" I have two washers with an OD of 30mm and 20mm.
These should be placed between the caps and the springs I take it?
But are they necessary, or are they a previous owners quick fix for tired valve springs?
Thank you!

The larger washers sit beneath the valve springs directly onto the head Torstein, presumably to allow the springs to rotate freely without 'digging into' the aluminium head,
I dont think the smaller washers are original.

...or are the small washers meant to protect the head against the small inner valve springs perhaps?
