Does anyone want this Beta Spyder I passed sitting in a body shop yard in Morning Lane, Hackney, this afternoon.  It looks reasonably complete and in fair shape and it runs, but Desmond who owns the yard reckons it is rotten and it goes for scrap in the next couple of days unless anyone wants to make him an offer.  If you are interested phone Desmond at McConnell Motors, 196 Morning Lane E9, 0208 986 4550.

Thanks John,

I contacted Desmond who has removed the tail lamps for me, I want them for a friend in South Africa who I am meeting at Silverstone Classic on the 26th with a number of Dedra parts I've been obtaining for him for his Dedra Auto.
He is in Europe on holiday but that is the only time I will be able to meet up with him.

Desmond tells me the Spyder has now been scrapped Cry minus it's tail lights.

Can you check your private messages please John as I have a request for help.

I'd just like to say in public,
Thanks to John picking up that the Spyder was about to be scrapped in the first place, and his very kind assistance by paying for, collecting and posting them to me, I will be able to take them to Classic Silverstone on saturday, so that my friend and Fellow Lancisti from South Africa, will have a pair of Beta spider tail lights with matching reflectors Grin to play with.
