I'm reading Bono's recent autobiography 'Surrender'. He mentions that he was with U2's manager, Paul McGuiness, in the early 80's when McGuiness' 'Blue Lancia' (nfd) broke down on the Paris ring road, the oil not having been kept topped up. As McGuiness had the whole band in the car I can only think that it was a Gamma saloon? A Beta saloon seems a bit basic unless it was full top of the range and a 2000 Saloon (Flavia) would seem a bit old. Does anyone know the answer?

Thanks Tim, I was perhaps overestimating him with a Gamma, but you'd have to properly abuse a Beta to get a mechanical........
